The mailbox structure shall be Style “A” Casting bottom with Address Plate. It consists of a pole with ornamental metal paper box support bracket and box with door, latch, red flag all in good and acceptable working condition. The finish is to be “Twelve Oaks Green” (Hunter Green) with no visible rust. Spacing between the numbers should not exceed 1-1.5 inches.
